Summer is my favorite time of year and is fast approaching, and while I plan to spend most of it outdoors, I look forward to spending some of it with you, my viewers, on SOOP! Scheduled streams remain on Wednesdays and Thursdays, starting between 9PM and 10PM EST, but be on the lookout for additional streams in that same time slot throughout the week. There has been some talk between former regular viewers and me of adding afternoon streams to the schedule once again. Those streams had a different energy than the night streams, and I miss it, but I have to balance streaming with getting the best out of my real life, so we’ll see how my summer develops and whether midday streaming will fit into the picture. What I do know for sure is there are two events around the corner that I’d like you to know about.
Maydows

Born of the community behind the iconic DOSember event loved by retro streamers on Twitch, a new celebration of games developed for the Windows 3.X platform is taking place this month. During the two weeks running from May 18th to May 31st, the Observation Deck will be joining the celebration, bringing the event to SOOP!
Five Year Streamiversary

It will be five years this July since the Observation Deck first went live with Portal, and through a rapid progression of events became a dedicated puzzle gaming channel. Nonetheless, my favorite (modern) game is not a puzzle game, and its sequel was recently released.
For my two year streamiversary I streamed Journey to the Savage Planet on Twitch. This year, I’ll be celebrating my five year streamiversary on SOOP on July 12th with an attempt at a full playthrough of the sequel that almost didn’t happen, Revenge of the Savage Planet!
